A Broken Design
A Broken Design rose from the ashes of several Metal and Post Grunge bands,in late November 2014, A Broken Design was born. Striving to bring a fresh perspective to the Stoner/Hard Rock genre. Straddling the lines of Stoner Rock, Metal, Grunge and good, old-fashioned rock and roll. The band boasts seasoned musicians from a variety of musical backgrounds, but the eclectic mix of influences inspire a common vision – catchy songs that deliver a heavy dose of flat out grooves and a taste of nostalgia for the days when music was raw and all about passion.
Atlas Run are a Alternative Indie Rock band from Glasgow formed in Summer 2016. After launching their debut singles “Home” and “Bookshelf” in Winter 2016 to positive reviews the band began gigging the local venues in Glasgow.
They released their EP ‘Depths’ in 2017 along with a music video for their single ‘Open Water’. Both EP and single were given rave reviews by many prestigious critics and websites such as ‘Tenement TV’. The band then went on a short UK Tour supporting the band ‘Losing Ground’ and performed in Glasgow, Newcastle, Hull and Darwen.
The band started 2018 with a bang by being selected to perform at the King Tuts New Year’s Revolution to an energetic and packed crowd. They are hoping to continue to perform in the UK and make it to the stages at the biggest and best festivals in the summer. Make sure to catch Atlas Run live as they bring a fantastic energy to their shows with a mix of soaring guitar riffs, beautiful melodies and infectious sing-along chorus’s.
The Dirty Youth
The Dirty Youth are a British Rock band from South Wales that formed in late 2009. The band’s lineup consists of singer Danni Monroe, guitarist/keyboardist Matt Bond, guitarist Luke Padfield, bassist Leon Watkins and drummer Freddie Green. Even in Death
Even in Death is a Texas band based out of San Antonio, Texas. Established in 2013, EID storms the front line with bone crushing riffs, and powerful grooves with subject matter that reaches out to the listener taking them through a valley of fury and aggression.
With five well established players EID musical influences consist of progressive metal, groove metal, and a hint of metal core that results in a satisfying dose of face melting metal.
Barb Wire Dolls
Barb Wire Dolls are one of the most vital new bands in music today, representing all that is inspiring and furious about rock and roll. Hailing from an artist commune on the island of Crete, the band sold everything they owned and left crisis-ridden Greece in 2010 for Los Angeles, at the invite of legendary KROQ DJ Rodney Bingenheimer.
Upon their arrival in California, Barb Wire Dolls immediately sold out the world famous Roxy Theatre in Hollywood, boasting a live show that is second to none. The band has gone on to melt ears & hearts on 700 stages across 24 countries in just under five years – consistently selling out club dates in America, the U.K., and Europe.
Electrifying rock of this magnitude did not go unnoticed by the elder statesman of the Sunset Strip, the incomparable, irreplaceable Lemmy Kilmister of Motörhead. After seeing Barb Wire Dolls live, Lemmy took an immediate interest in the band and placed them under his supportive wing. Ever since his early days, hanging with the likes of Sid Vicious and other punk icons, Mr. Kilmister loved punk rock, having even once penned a track entitled ‘R.A.M.O.N.E.S’ about his close friend Joey Ramone. Disgusted with the current state of rock music and its lack of true rebels, Lemmy saw that the Dolls were the obvious choice to help carry the torch of rock and roll as part of his label, Motörhead Music.
Shotgun Rodeo formed in 2008, Shotgun Rodeo are a four piece heavy metal band hailing from the city of Trondheim, Norway. Following on from their previous EP releases ‘Dead End Massacre’ (2012) and ‘Guilty as Charged’ (2013), the band released their debut full-length album ‘World Wide Genocide’ in December of 2015. Seamlessly cruising across a sea of metal styles and sub-genres, Shotgun Rodeo’s debut album blends groove metal and hook driven riffs with thrash infused vocals and power metal overtones. There are also hints of death-metal strewn throughout the album.
